Q: Is this gift tax-deductible for my business? A: Yes! In most cases, closing gifts are a legitimate business expense. Since these portraits are custom-made for your specific transaction, they fall under professional promotional/gifting expenses. We provide a detailed itemized receipt with every order for your tax records.
Q: Can you remove "eyesores" from the listing photo? A: Absolutely. Our "Digital Curb Appeal" service is included. We automatically remove trash cans, yard signs, and cars from the driveway. We can even "green up" a brown lawn or add a blue sky to a rainy-day photo to ensure the final art is perfect.
Q: Can I add my branding or a "Compliments of" note? A: We recommend keeping the front of the art focused solely on the home to ensure the client hangs it up. However, we can add a custom-printed "Presented by [Your Name/Logo]" label to the back of the frame or include a branded insert in the packaging so they never forget who gave it to them.
Q: What is the turnaround time for a closing? A: We know closings can be unpredictable! We typically provide a digital proof within 3 business days. Once approved, printing and shipping take an additional 3–5 business days. Pro-tip: If you're in a rush, ask about our "Digital Only" option which you can print locally!
Q: Do you offer bulk pricing for high-volume agents? A: Yes. If you close 5+ homes a year, we offer "Closing Credits" bundles. You can pre-purchase a pack of 5 or 10 portraits at a 20% discount and "redeem" them as your homes close throughout the year.
Q: Can you work from a low-resolution or "Old" listing photo? A: If you are gifting this to a past client or for an anniversary, we can often work with older photos or even screenshots from Google Street View to recreate the home’s likeness.
